Because our products are personal fragrance items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the seal is broken or the product has been opened.
However, we want every customer experience to feel as premium as our perfumes β€” so if something goes wrong in transit, we’ll make it right.

Due to hygiene and fragrance safety standards, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, dislike of scent, or accidental order.
Each product is freshly packed and quality-checked before shipping to maintain authenticity.
